As we draw to the end of 2009 I just wanted to thank everyone for participating in my blog and allowing it to grow through 2009. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and I am sending out the warmest wishes for 2010.

Well today I thought I would update my blog with something a bit different but also something that I wish to do more often in the coming months. This is an email response I sent out to a very nice new friend I made over the last week or so. In short it deals with the motivation of doing IM work, and how I feel you can get ahead if you really want to.
